MyView sits at the top of my "They Will Rob You List." MyView offers $1.00 for each survey
that you complete. After a period of time, probably a short period of time, MyView will either
declare you a fraud and cancel your earnings or MyView will claim to have sent your payment
even though they never sent it. One thing is for sure, MyView will never pay you.
Inboxdollars makes you buy your check. Inboxdollars has a minimum payout of $30.00. You
must pay Inboxdollars $3.00 to get your check. If your sick of Inboxdollars when you request
your check and become inactive, then you will not get your check. Inboxdollars will not pay
panelists that become inactive after requesting a check. However, INBOXDOLLARS IS NOT A
A SCAM. Inboxdollars is just deceptive and extremely annoying.
Toluna USA is much like MyView. They will either cancel your points when your just shy
of having enough to request a check, or they will claim to have paid you even though they did
not.
I strongly urge you to avoid MyView, Inboxdollars, and Toluna USA
Survey Police can be a valuable resource. Survey Police is a place where you can look into dozens
of research companies that pay and a place where you can file complaints against research
companies. Survey Police will attempt to resolve complaints on your behalf.
LEGITIMATE RESEARCH COMPANIES THAT WILL NOT ROB YOU
OPINION OUTPOST
Frequent survey invites after Feb. of each year. Pays by check and amazon.com gift code. Points
for completed surveys credited immediately survey completion. One point = $0.10. Surveys tend
to pay between 10 points or $1.00 to 100 points or $10.00. Most surveys take about 15 minutes.
Opinion Outpost donates $0.10 to the American Red Cross for each survey that you attempt but do not
qualify to take.
AMERICAN CONSUMER OPINION PANEL or ACOP
ACOP tend to pay more for completed surveys than other research companies with the
exception of Lightspeed's Elite Panel. ACOP has a minimum payout of $10 and pays by check.
ACOP sits at the top of my "Research companies that you can trust," list.
JOIN AMERICAN CONSUMER OPINION PANEL
PINECONE RESEARCH
Pinecone Research is much like American Consumer Opinion Panel. It is certainly worth joining.
However, Pinecone Research only accepts new panelists during recruitment drives. They pay $3.00
for each completed survey. They do product test only.
Clear Voice Surveys is worth joining. They accept panelists as young as 13 years of age. They pay by
amazon code, dining dough, and prepaid VISA.

SECTION TWO
An Easy Way To Get Most USB Flash Drives To Work With Windows 98
There is an easy to way to get USB Flash Drives to work on
machines running Windows 98
4.10. THIS WILL NOT WORK IF YOU ARE USING A KINGSTON OR OLYMPUS USB
flash drive. It does
work with all Sandisk drives 10gb and smaller. I haven't tried it with
anything larger than
10gb. It took me at least 100 hours to figure this out. I broke my
right hand 28 times,
and I put 28 holes in the living room wall. I cannot take credit for
the solutions I list.
I found these solutions on-line. None of the solutions I found worked
on their own. When
I began combining solutions, I found 2 solutions that do work.
Following are the instructions
for installing those 2 solutions.
First you are going to need two files: csmapper.sys and
carddrv.exe.
You can try to find them on your own. Good luck!!!!! I would be happy to
send them to you if SEND
ME A MESSAGE
I'll email the files to you. I will have to change their extensions to
.bak. Gmail
will not allow me to upload executables. You will have to change the
extensions back.
The simplest way to do that is to use the DosPrompt. Just note what
folder you
download the files to. Example, if you download the files to your
desktop, then type
copy c:\windows\desktop\csmapper.bak c:\windows\system\csmapper.sys
copy c:\windows\desktop\carddrv.bak c:\windows\system\carddrv.exe

Next you need to add two lines to the config.sys file. Click
Start, Programs,
Accessories, Notepad. Once Notepad is loaded, click Open and browse to
c:\config.sys.
Open config.sys. Go to the end of the file and add the following two
lines.
DEVICE=c:\windows\system\csmapper.sys
DEVICE=c:\windows\system\carddrv.exe /slot=2
Click File, Save, and Yes to Replace File.
Note - /slot=2 will change your CD-ROM drive from Drive D to Drive F.
Now DOWNLOAD nusb320-eng-98fe.exe
The page will tell you that you must download and install Windows 98 Service Pack Two.
ABSOLUTELY DO NOT DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL WINDOWS 98 SERVICE PACK 2. The file is
buggy. I tried it twice. Twice I had to reformat the hard drive and re-install
everything. Do not download and install Windows 98 Service Pack 2.
Click on the nusb320-eng-98fe icon to install it. It will suggest that you install
it in uw98fe. Change the installation path to c:\uw98fe and then install it.
Shutdown and Restart. Before anything can begin loading, start pressing the
DEL key to enter CMOS. You must check and make sure that USB is Enabled. You
probably find this info listed under Chipset. If USB is disabled, then enable it.
Save Changes and Exit.
As soon as Windows is finished loading,
insert your USB flash drive into the USB port. Windows will detect it. Windows
will suggest that you use drivers that came with Windows 98. DON'T DO THAT.
Instead tell it to look in c:\uw98fe for the drivers. Windows will find and install
the appropriate drivers for your USB flash drive.
You can use Windows Explorer to transfer files from your flash drive to c:\My Documents.
You must use the DosPrompt to transfer files from your hard drive to your USB flash drive.
Go figure.
On most PC's, the flash drive will become Drive G.
c:\uw98fe contains drivers for many different brands of digital cameras. Kodak is
not one of those brands.

My name is Darryl. My political affiliation is Green, however I tend to vote
Democrat in Federal elections. I believe that all politicians, with the exception
of Jimmy Carter, are corrupt, but the Republicans are the most corrupt. I place
very little value on paper with green ink on it, pretty rocks, or dull golden metal.
Every spring I plant a 2500 square foot garden and spend a great deal of time working
in it. Everything I pick is distributed to those family members and neighbors that
I like. I also spend a lot of time doing hard work for the elderly who have very
little spare money and cannot afford to pay anyone to work for them. Charity is
extremely important to me. Acquiring more green paper is not important to me. My
annual income is just under $8,000. Yes it is possible to live a comfortable life
with an annual income that small. I love cats and dogs, and cats and dogs love me.
I have taken Man Eatin Dogs and turned them into passive gentle dogs merely by showing
them love and understanding. I have turned adult ferral cats into lap cats.
