If you are Building your own home
- If you are planning on, or thinking about building your own new home, but
need help with organizing, financing, permits, sub-contractors, inspections,
cost projections, just all of the detail involved in building a new home.
- If you just need someone to get your foundation in the ground, or maybe
get your house to the trim, sheetrock stage.
- Maybe you have gotten part way, and you need someone to take over, or just
help you finish your project.
- If you are from out of town, or just too busy, and would like to have a
video, and/or a still photo history of your new home as it is being built. From
lot selection, until move in, I can provide you with a digital history, on cd,
and photo paper. I have digital, analog, and film capability.
I have been working in the new home construction industry since 1951.
I have done
everything from lot clearing, footer digging, water proofing, framing, roofing,
electrical, plumbing, sheetrock, trim, paint, concrete, cleaning...and I have
tools, a lot of tools, some old, some new, but every one with an interesting
story!
