Development
Review Process
Blueprint Midtown is more than
just a set of standards for new development or a master plan; it is part of a planning
process that encourages developers to become part of the community.
Part of that vision involves reaching out to developers and making it as easy
as possible to understand and get connected to the local development review process.
The Midtown Alliance also advocates for the Blueprint by educating developers
and reviewing proposed developments as they are planned to see that they are produced in
compliance with the plan.
In addition to outlining this process, this section includes detailed
information on the City of Atlanta's Neighborhood Planning Unit (NPU) E, the planning unit
which encompasses Midtown as well as several other city neighborhoods. |
