Since the Midtown Alliance was first formed in 1978, Midtown has been the site of explosive growth and development. Currently Midtown is one of the hottest areas in the Atlanta real estate market. One of the goals of Blueprint Midtown is to make sure that this new growth is growth that is good for the area and in compliance with the Blueprint plan.
